2026 Toyota C-HR Returns as Quick, All-Electric SUV
Toyota has brought back the C-HR nameplate for the 2026 model year—this time as a fully electric crossover. The all-new C-HR EV offers 338 horsepower, up to 290 miles of range, and a bold design, making it one of Toyota’s most exciting compact SUVs yet. Replacing the old gas-powered version, the 2026 C-HR features a 74.7-kWh battery and dual electric motors. It accelerates from 0–60 mph in just 5.0 seconds—faster than the GR86 and nearly matching the GR Corolla. Charging is quick too: 10–80% in just 30 minutes via DC fast charging. And thanks to its NACS plug, it can access Tesla Superchargers.
