After you read some of their impressions before the start of the rally in Cedars, we present you with what they said in the first service area in Bnashai Lake. The first 3 stages were finished and the drivers had different impressions.

Michel Saleh: I was losing time because of my suspension; the suspension kit wasn’t adjusted before the race.

Tamer Ghandour: the first loop was exciting, we did SS2 without intercom, SS3 was ok too, little bit of mistakes but overall it was ok. We will be pushing through the next loop.

Osmat El Sayfi: we had problems in the SS3, we have overheated brakes and the co-driver lost the pace notes. SS3 especially needs a lot of training and a lot of attention, because of the dips and wholes, and the gravel which our competitors had pushed while passing from the road sides. In general the first loop was a slow one for us. In the first stage we also lost pace and in the second stage I lost the oil shielding which I had to get out from the car in order not to cause any incident for the competitor behind me.

Sisley: We started slowly. In SS2 I was late because I got out a bit, also SS3 was slow, hopefully the second loop we will be more focused.

Christian Kurban: SS 1,2,3 for me were like discovering the car. In SS2 I had a very good timing, so I came across 2 cars, the first one I succeeded to pass but the second wouldn’t allow me. I drove behind him for 1.5KM, it’s a curse following me I always take a late departure and start catching cars one after another.

Gilbert Bannout: I am not satisfied with the first loop, I lost my tyre in SS2 and I had suspension problems. I am 6th now and I will go to the second loop and make a better timing hopefully.

Nicolas Amiouni: we are a bit late due to some technical issues we will try to push more through the next loop.

Chafic Boulos: The first loop was good; we went on a low rhythm into SS1, into twisty long straights. The third stage was ok, we were surprised by a plastic bag which we thought it was a stone, so we had to stop to make sure everything is ok.  Relatively and given our car’s potential, we are going great.
