July 14, 2016 – Comparing a stock BMW X6 M to a stock Mercedes ML63 AMG is no fair affair as the former’s more powerful, with 567 hp and 750 Nm of torque, compared to 518 hp and 700 Nm of torque for the Mercedes.
However, this drag race evens things out as both vehicles are modified to produce 850 hp (BMW) and 900 hp (Benz). The two sports SUVs have the same weight and both feature all-wheel drive, which means there’s a slight advantage for the Mercedes.
