April 15, 2016 – You’re looking at two of the fastest station wagons in automotive history: the Audi RS6 Avant and Mercedes-AMG E63 S Estate. They might not look as “cool” as a supercar, but they have the performance of one.
Top Gear magazine brings the two super wagons for a classic drag race. Both are powered by a biturbo V8, but the Mercedes packs more power than the Audi, with 585 hp and 800 Nm of torque, compared to 560 hp and 700 Nm of torque. However, the RS6 Avant benefits from greater traction thanks to its all-wheel drive quattro system.
