March 19, 2016 – The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and Range Rover Sport SVR are currently some of the fastest and most powerful SUVs in the market, but Top Gear magazine wanted to find out which of the three heavyweights is the quickest in a drag race.
The least powerful of the bunch is the Grand Cherokee SRT, it produces 462 bhp from a 6.4-liter V8, whilst the Cayenne Turbo S makes a massive 562 bhp from its twin-turbo 4.8-liter V8 and the Range Rover Sport SVR uses a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 to make 542 bhp.
On paper, the Porsche’s got the advantage, but can it translate it into a victory in this drag race?
