In DRIVE’s latest /TUNED episode, Matt Farah takes a couple of souped-up first-generation Subaru Impreza RS Coupes for a spin. The American tuning guru explains why people tune their cars, and how it’s a reflection of their own personal driving style and character.
The blue Subaru hides a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine from a 2004 WRX STi, it packs an impressive 300 horsepower; its grey sister boasts a slightly more powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged unit taken from a Japanese WRX STi. Despite their differences, both cars reflect their driver’s unique style.
