In a statement by their manager Scuderia Ferrari has declared that the 28th of January is the launching day of their 2011 car. Team Principle Stefano Dominicali says that the car we will see on January 28 will not be the same as the one which will feature in the first race in Bahrain. The car that will feature in Bahrain will be much more different due to the updates that will be present on the car.
It is widely believed that Ferrari will benefit from a promotional day to give their new car 100 km of extra testing before it heads for the first test scheduled on the 1st of February in Valencia.
