While it might not be the most spectacular rally on the World Rally Championship calendar, Rally France (officially dubbed “Rallye de France Alsace”) is a special event for a majority of rallying fans for it is where Sebastien Loeb clinched his ninth WRC title, and where Sebastien Ogier will most likely score his first. Last year’s event saw Loeb take a rather comfortable win from Ford rival Jari-Matti Latvala; the Frenchman dominated the first two days and cruised to victory on the third and final day, making history yet again.
