Sauber splits a Formula 1 car in half, literally [video]

Formula 1’s fourth oldest team has finally finished a 2-year old project of splitting a F1 car in half. Sauber’s aim in this video is to show us how a Formula 1 car operates from the inside, beneath all the aerodynamic tidbits.

The car in the footage is a BMW Sauber F1.08 from the 2008 Formula 1 season.
