August 27, 2015 – Fouad Mexacy was without a doubt one of the best contenders during the 2015 edition of the Red Bull Car Park Drift Lebanon and he proved it in the end by finishing second after a superb performance in his BMW E30.
It wasn’t easy for Mexacy, however, who admitted that his rivals were quite difficult to beat: “The competition was extremely tough today, but thank God, I was capable of achieving my goal in the end. I would like to thank my sponsor Toyo tyres and everyone who supported me, including Akram Maghmoume and all of my friends.”
He added: “The track was quite difficult, especially the tunnel section, but our focus is now on Kuwait, and we want to improve the car in order to represent Lebanon in the best way by giving our best. I would like to thank Red Bull for this great opportunity.”
Alongside 2015 Lebanese King of Drift Fadi Boustany, Mexacy will be represeting Lebanon at the Regional Finals in Kuwait on December 4.
