A giant 12-meter wide and 10-meter deep sinkhole that appeared beneath a section of the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky (USA) on Wednesday, gobbled up eight cars on display, including two Corvettes on loan from General Motors.

The two cars on loan from General Motors were a 1993 ZR-1 Spyder and a 2009 ZR1 “Blue Devil”, while the other six cars owned by the NCM included a 1962 Corvette, the 1 millionth Corvette built in 1992, the 1.5 millionth Corvette and a 2001 Mallett Hammer Z06.

We have two as-it-happened security camera footage videos of the sinkhole uploaded on the National Corvette Museum’s Youtube channel. You can watch them below.
