Hamilton needs: management, Family and a Fast Car or else…

Hamilton’s main problem as Bernie Ecclestone stated is his disastrous management… more inside.

Although Vettel had practically a perfect year, Hamilton could have been the man to follow closely if thing went on as it should have been for the frantic Brit. Hamilton stayed close to the German early on in the season and was the only man to beat him in the first couple of races. He was very close in Spain and thing started to look better when the guys at McLaren improved the car a bit.

Everything started to go wrong with Hamilton from the Monaco GP, a race where he fancied getting pole and winning, but things didn’t go his way and the frustration started and we all know the rest.

Hamilton’s main problem as Bernie Ecclestone stated is his disastrous management and the fact that there was no family around him all season in addition to his hectic up and down life with pop star girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

Hamilton showed a lot of speed during the season but he was not consistent and his frustration meant he couldn’t deal with slower drivers and most notably Felipe Massa. The image of the balanced consistent and fast rookie of 2007 disappeared and the only thing that remained was his raw speed. Experts claim that the only thing he needs to rejuvenate his career is speed and the rest are things he can work on to improve. Hamilton needs the people around him and family for support. When he found that he easily dominated and won the Abu Dhabi GP after Vettel’s unlikely retirement. But it’s not only family he that he needs, but he also needs a fast car that an help him challenge for the title after missing up on 2009, 2010 and 2011, three years he considers were golden in his quest for legendary status, the thing Vettel is doing right now.

Hamilton alongside Alonso are the only 2 men capable of challenging Vettel at the moment and Alonso himself stated that the only man he will be looking at in the preseason testing is Lewis.

2012 should see a change for the Lewis, or else…
