May 31, 2016 – Drifting might seem like a safe sport when compared to rallying or other forms of motorsport, and a lot of drifters don’t install roll cages in their cars because the chances of a rollover are highly unlikely, but you never know when tragedy strikes.
Take this crash for example, in which the drifter managed to roll over his V8-powered Nissan Silvia after tapping the wall. He walked away from the crash unscathed, and the roll cage has a lot do with that.
