Shoppers at a famous American retail store in California were up for a real surprise last Monday when a driver of a Honda Accord made the simple task of exiting a parking lot quite messy.
The 1994 Accord driver, identified as Rod Kamitsuka, hit a handicapped parking sign which acted as a ramp, thus launching the car into the air and onto the roof of Ruth Chung’s 1998 Lexus SC 300.
Ruth wasn’t very pleased with the incident, the Lexus owner told reporters that her car – which enjoys a mileage of less than 100,000 km – is “almost a classic”.
