Horrifying rally accident leaves seven dead in Spain

September 17, 2015 – Seven people died and more than a dozen were injured in a horrifying rally accident in Spain last week.

Sergio Tabeayo was competing in Rally of La Coruna onboard a Peugeot 206 when he lost control of his car and plowed into a crowd of spectators standing among trees, killing six people instantly, while an 11-year-old girl passed away later in the hospital, which brought the death toll to seven.

The event was cancelled as a result of this tragic incident.
