In response to today’s accusations – July 31, 2015

July 31. 2015 – We have been accused by people in the Motorsport domain in Lebanon  – on social media today – that we have been receiving news from the ATCL before anyone else. The accusations – which do not come from a journalistic intention, but from other intentions, and are aimed at the ATCL as well – were triggered by the Nicolas Amiouni press release that we published this afternoon, two hours after it was posted on ATCL’s official Facebook page. We came across the release on ATCL’s Facebook page at 12:33 today and published it on our Arabic website at 13:55, before posting it on Facebook at 14:11 (as evident in the screenshots below). You can visit our Facebook page and ATCL’s Facebook page and check for yourselves. We are in no way secretly collaborating with the ATCL against other publications, and the accusations are completely untrue. We work as a team and strive to deliver quality and professional content, pictures and videos, and we will continue to do so. We don’t usually respond to petty accusations, but what we have been accused of today is completely unfounded and we wanted to clarify the whole situation to the local Motorsport community.
