Infiniti registers highest emotional attachment among car brands

A group that goes by the name of New Media Metrics has come up with a way to measure people’s emotional attachment to their devices. Called “Leveraging Emotional Attachment for Profit”, the metric simply measures how much we love our products.

New Media Metrics recently released its 2012 LEAP index with two Apple products, the iPhone and iPod topping the list. Third place went to Infiniti, the Japanese luxury car manufacturer, beating Cadillac (6th), BMW (13th), Audi (14th) and Mercedes-Benz (15th).
