In celebration of the arrival of a number of new BMW models to its showrooms throughout 2014, Bassoul-Heneine sal recently hosted an action-packed seven-day event – entitled BMW Fascination Days – to give customers the chance to discover and test drive the new range of models.
Kicking off on Friday 14th November with an exclusive event at the BMW Group Importer’s Sed El Bauchrieh showroom, in which guests also benefited from a series of special offers on selected models, BMW Fascination Days took place across all it showrooms as well as at partner facilities. Throughout the seven days, customers re-discovered BMW’s Sheer Driving Pleasure and saw first-hand BMW’s innovation, technologies and premium engineering through special driving experiences. In addition, BMW Fascination Days exposed visitors to new worlds of luxury, with more than 15 models on display, including the all-new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, the latest model to join the M stable, the BMW M4 coupé, and full BMW X range, including the all-new BMW X4.

One of the stand-out stars of BMW Fascination Days was the all-new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, the latest model to join the Bassoul-Heneine sal family. Set to raise the bar in the premium compact segment, the launch of the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer sees BMW combine the functionality of space and comfort, with hallmark BMW dynamics, style and elegance. It represents the perfect response to increasingly exacting mobility requirements and was launched in Lebanon with a choice of two powerful, light and fuel-efficient Turbocharged three and four-cylinder engines that form part of a new generation of engines. The top-of-the-range BMW 225i Active Tourer 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine has an output of 231 hp, 350 Nm and reaches 0-100km in 6.6 seconds. It is joined by the BMW 218i Active Tourer with a 1.5 litre, three- cylinder engine with 136 hp.
