Karma is making waves once again with the upcoming Amaris, a sleek two-door range-extended electric vehicle (EREV) set for production later this year. The Amaris follows in the footsteps of the brand’s striking Kaveya design, while offering a powerful and efficient driving experience.
Built on a durable aluminum space frame, the Amaris combines luxury and performance with its turbocharged four-cylinder engine, achieving an impressive 0-62 mph in just 3.5 seconds. It boasts a top speed of 165 mph, making it a high-performance contender in the EREV segment.
A standout feature of the Amaris is its bold design, which incorporates a clamshell bonnet and sleek lines running from the nose to the rear track. There’s even a hint of the Jaguar XKR in its shape. The 22-inch Constellation forged aluminum wheels and Americana-style side exhausts give it an imposing presence, while the taillight cluster recalls the original Fisker Karma.
In addition to the Amaris, Karma has announced a lineup shift, with the Gyesera saloon now adopting the same EREV powertrain as the Amaris. The Gyesera will launch later this year, while the Kaveya coupe’s debut has been pushed to 2027.
