Unfortunately, this isn’t BMW’s upcoming WRC car and the German brand isn’t planning on joining the championship anytime soon. However, that didn’t stop the guys at Rallye-Magazin from imagining how a BMW rally car would look like.
The photoshopped picture you’re seeing above is of a BMW M235i Racing car in rally flavor. As is the case with every WRC car, the BMW M235i rally car features large air intakes up front, flared wheel arches and a massive rear wing.

It’s sad that we’ll never see something similar from BMW in the near future, which raises the question: Should BMW Motorsport join Volkswagen, Citroen and Hyundai in the World Rally Championship, or should it focus on its DTM efforts?
