Jaguar’s Type 00 concept has made its debut on the streets of Paris, leaving a lasting impression at Paris Fashion Week. Despite not selling cars in the UK at the moment, the automaker continues to stay in the spotlight, thanks to this striking concept.
The Type 00, initially revealed in a bold pink color, made waves once again in Paris, where it was shown off in a new ‘French Ultramarine’ hue. This all-electric prototype is a bold statement in Jaguar’s shift towards an electric future. The five-meter-long, ultra-flat design is so sleek and matte that it almost appears to be a digital creation, standing out even in shaky phone videos captured by local car enthusiasts.
Jaguar released a carefully curated video of the event, featuring actor Barry Keoghan exiting the car. The presence of the Type 00 on public roads marks a significant moment for the brand. Although opinions on its appearance may vary, one thing is clear: it grabs attention.
The production version of the car, which is expected to resemble the concept closely, will feature four doors instead of the eye-catching butterfly doors and is expected to be priced over £120,000. It promises a range of up to 478 miles on a single charge.
