Lamborghini Aventador Roadster makes show debut at 2013 Qatar Motor Show

The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster made its motor show debut and one of its first public appearances at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show. The Middle East unveiling of the Roadster comes on the same day that Lamborghini starts its international launch of the car, with the media also joining Lamborghini in Miami, Florida.

“The Middle East is a very important market for us. Lamborghini deliveries to customers grew substantially in 2012, with worldwide deliveries up 30%  on 2011 and up more than 80% in the Middle East. This growth was largely driven by the success of Aventador, which is still forward sold by more than a year with the Roadster already emulating the coupe’s success.” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.

The Roadster can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds (2.9 seconds for the Coupe).
