April 18, 2016 – Lebanon’s Tani Hanna secured victory in the second round of the Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific this past weekend on the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.
Driving a Ferrari 458 Challenge Evo, Hanna qualified on pole in the Pirelli AM class and fifth overall, and maintained his position throughout the 13-lap race to take a comfortable win in the end, finishing 10 seconds ahead of his closest rival, Japan’s Hidehiko Hagiwara, who finished second in the category and seventh overall.
Hanna has been competing in the championship since 2012, with 5 wins, 11 podiums and 31 top 10 finishes to his name.
Hanna’s next race is in the second round of the Ferrari Challenge Europe that is taking place in Mugello, Italy on April 29-May 1.
