April 10, 2017 – Lebanon’s Tani Hanna made an outstanding start to his 2017 Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific campaign as he claimed victory in the opening round of the season in Abu Dhabi.
Driving a Ferrari 458 Challenge EVO, Hanna finished the first of two races in second place in the Trofeo Pirelli 458 category, but he struck back in the second race to beat his rivals to victory at the Yas Marina Circuit.
“I dedicate this victory to my country Lebanon and I am proud to be representing Lebanon in this championship that I’ve been racing in for years. I hope that luck is on my side in the coming rounds. I would like to thank everyone who congratulated me on this win.” said Hanna after the race.
Hanna plans to take part in the Ferrari Challenge Europe this year as well.
