February 23, 2017 – Formula 1 world champions Mercedes have unveiled the first images of their 2017 Formula 1 car, the W08 Hybrid, today.
Three-time world champion Lewis Hamilton and his new team-mate Valtteri Bottas, who replaces retired world champion Nico Rosberg, will drive the new Silver Arrow throughout the 2017 season.
Mercedes dominated the 2016 season and earned its third straight constructors’ championship, while Rosberg beat Hamilton to the drivers’ title. The German team won 19 out of 21 races.
