Aside from the three Arab drivers that will participate in the 2013 Dakar Rally in the Cars category, two additional Arabs will tackle the rugged South American roads today in two other categories.
Harite Gabari from Morocco will be riding a YZF 450 Yamaha for Team Franroc in the Bikes category, with Mohammed Al Sudairi representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Trucks category.
Both participants are the only Arabs in their respective categories.
The 15-day rally will inaugurate in Lima – Peru at 17:00 GMT tonight, stay tuned for the latest results!
