Motortune and SP hosted a launching celebration for the racing team as they unveiled their plan for the 2013 racing season; the gala was held in Jordan, where the officials expressed their pride and delight in being pioneers as the 1st inclusive and complete Arabic crew to embark upon this prime step of competing in the WRC and various European rallies.
As stated during the press conference, the union falls in both teams’ plan to stretch their exposure and spotlight overseas; note that the input of Motortune will be based on the team’s major experience on the local plus regional scales whereas Roger Feghali will be standing as the rally team’s manager during the international input in the World Rally Championship (WRC) and different European rallies as mentioned ahead.
With tens of speculations being aired since the Rally of Lebanon 2012, we finally made sure that Jordanian Ala’a Rasheed is to feature as the team’s driver aside Lebanese co-driver Joseph Matar; the dual will carry out the races on board of the Motortune Ford Fiesta WRC.
Let’s keep in mind that Rasheed and Matar will be looking ahead to tackle tens of rallies during the 2013 racing season; Motortune and SP will be racing and promoted-for in several countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Finland and Sweden.
Team officials proclaimed that the main purpose is to emphasize on gaining as much experience as possible during the upcoming year; the 2013 racing season will mainly serve in focusing on promoting the team broadly and on gaining occurrence for future purposes.
