December 23, 2015 – Top Gear’s new presenters have been announced, with Sabine Schmitz, Chris Harris and David Coulthard set to join Chris Evans in the show, according to The Sun.
With Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May off to Amazon after Clarkson got himself fired after he verbally abused and hit a BBC co-worker, Top Gear was forced to look for new people.
David Coulthard is well known thanks to his long career in Formula 1, but Schmitz, who’s a German professional racing driver, and Harris, a motoring journalist, are more low profile. Chris Evans, meanwhile, is a British presenter and producer.
