Nicholai Georgiou’s website competition saw 4 winners that got the opportunity to ride alongside him at the official test in Arsoun last week. The winners were Elie Eid, Ghassan Kallas, Khalil Haddad and Faez Rawas. Two winners rode alongside Nick on Monday the 30th of May and two other winners rode on Tuesday the 31th of May. www.biser3a.com was there to cover then event with exclusive pictures and interviews with the winners.
Nick gave us a small impression about his competition after it ended. “Well the competition went better than expected. the guys ride next to me and the venue really helps then enjoy the experience to the MAX, since it contains a nice jump and some hairpins.”
After the test we asked the winner about their opinions and the feeling they had in the car in addition to a few other things.
Elie Eid
“It was my first ever ride a Rally Car. At the beginning there was some fear but then in the second run and later on things were great and I started feeling the car more. I answered 9 out of 10 questions right in the competition and wont his chance. I hope motorsport in Lebanon would find more sponsoring and help. My favorite drivers are Abdo Feghali and Nick.”
Ghassan Kallas
“It’s my first time in a rally car. The feeling is amazing it’s very different from what you see in videos and from the outside. I wasn’t scared and I really enjoyed it. The speed is crazy and everyone should try this at least once in his life. I answered 8 out of 10 questions right.”
Khalil Haddad
“It’s an amazing thing and it’s good to know the rally world from close distance. It’s my first time in a rally car; I tried the roller coaster before but the rally car is more secure and safe. Nick is an amazing driver with so much skill. I was told that I got the most correct answers in the competition.”
Faez Rawas
“The test was amazing and it’s my first ever experience in a rally car. At the beginning I was a bit worried that I might get surprised but nick is an amazing driver, very smooth and fast. It’s good that you can trust him so you enjoy the experience. This is an experience you won’t ever forget. You are used to the average speed but this is an amazing rush.”
