Lebanon’s Nicolas Amiouni has unfortunately retired from the first round of the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy, which is being run as part of the fourth round of the 2014 World Rally Championship in Portugal.
Amiouni rolled his Ford Fiesta R2 on the rally’s second special stage and was unable to continue due to heavy damage on the car. Luckily, both Nicolas and co-driver Carlos Del Barrio emerged from the incident without a scratch.
The Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy still has four more rounds to go, giving Amiouni a better chance to prove himself. We would like to wish him the best of luck in the upcoming races.
