March 16, 2015 – Lebanese rally driver Nicolas Amiouni is set for a second consecutive season in the World Rally Championship’s Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy in 2015, but there is no information of an official deal as of yet.
Amiouni, who won the 37th Rally of Lebanon last September, contested all five rounds of the 2014 Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy and collected 20 points. In a recent interview, he described his Drive DMACK participation as “an amazing experience” and that his target was to learn and familiarize himself with the car and stages in order to come back stronger this year.
The Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy is a joint initiative between tyre manufacturer DMACK and rally racing team M-Sport to help provide a cost-effective platform for upcoming drivers to experience the FIA World Rally Championship.
