1. The auto industry’s most advanced body structure
Boasting one of the industry’s most advanced body structure – an aluminum-intensive architecture which incorporates 11 materials customized for each area of the car – and numerous automotive industry-firsts, the CT6 sets the benchmark for innovation and technology. An advanced mixed-material approach for the lightweight body structure of the CT6 has been used to simultaneously advance driving dynamics, fuel economy and cabin quietness.

Drivers can transform their rearview mirror into an LCD screen in the CT6. The Rear Camera Mirror streams HD video from the camera located in the rear end of the car. The next-generation Cadillac user experience system (CUE) is designed to recognize the way the driver talks. The CT6 utilizes its seven cameras to detect pedestrians using Pedestrian Detection technology. The camera scans the road ahead for pedestrians and activates a series of alerts and indicators accordingly. If needed, the CT6 will apply the auto brakes to prevent any collisions ensuring the safety of both the driver and the pedestrians.
7. Surround Vision
The CT6 is fitted with a total of seven cameras, covering the entire surface area of the car. The cameras work to support the features such as Lane Keeping Assist and Night Vision features and provide safety of drivers and passengers. The CT6 also utilizes four of the seven cameras to record video of the vehicle’s surroundings; which is automatically enabled once the sensors detect any movement near the car.
