September 11, 2017 – With 542 hp and 770 Nm of torque from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, the Porsche Panamera Turbo is one of the fastest sedans that you can get your hands on… if you have the means.
However, Mercedes offers an even quicker alternative: the Mercedes-AMG E63 S, with 604 hp and 850 Nm of torque from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. It’s also 115 kilograms lighter than the Panamera.
The more powerful and lighter Mercedes should theoretically win this drag race, but will this really be the case? Note that both cars are all-wheel drive.
