WRC champion Sebastien Loeb has increased his lead in the Monte Carlo Rally to over 2 min after dominating yet another day. Citroen’s Second driver Mikko Hirvonen has closed up on Petter Solberg in his quest to grab the last podium place. The gap between the 2 has went down to 24 seconds. Daniel Sordo has maintained second place and increased the difference to Solberg by over 1 Minute. Per Gunner Andersson remains very impressive on his Proton S2000 in 9th place as Evgeny Novikov continues his impressive form lying 5th on his Fiesta WRC.
