Drift king and rear-wheel drive Hillclimb champion Garo Haroutian retired from the 36th Rally of Lebanon after a heavy crash in Zabbougha 1 (SS10); Luckily, Garo and his co-driver Carlos Chamoun escaped the incident unscathed. The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX driver was running 11th overall after SS9.
