The Rallye de Rouergue 2013 came to an exciting end last weekend with Jean-Marie Cuoq and co-driver Jérôme Degout emerging as victors on a Citroën C4 WRC. Lebanese Rally Champion Roger Feghali was one of many participating drivers. Unfortunately, Roger was forced to retire from the French event after hitting a tree due to a misread pacenote; he was driving a Peugeot 208 R2.
