Renault has finally pulled the wraps off its new Captur model, a small crossover that is set to take on its Japanese sibling the Nissan Juke and other cars in that segment.
Renault believes the Captur will stand out from its rivals by delivering “expressive styling and driving position of an SUV, cabin space and modular interior of an MPV, agility and driving enjoyment of a compact saloon.”
It is based on the Renault Clio‘s platform, and will benefit from a range of petrol and diesel engines which, according to the French manufacturer, will have best-in-class fuel economy.
Further information will be available following the car’s debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
