Renault’s 2017 Formula 1 car breaks cover

February 21, 2017 – The Renault Formula 1 team has released the first images of its 2017 challenger, the R.S.17, featuring the team’s distinctive black and yellow livery.

The R.S.17 will be driven by UK’s Jolyon Palmer and Germany’s Nico Hulkenberg who joined in from Force India. The drivers will sample the car for the first time in the pre-season test in Barcelona next week.

Renault finished the 2016 season in a lowly 9th place in the Constructors’ Championship after collecting just 8 points in 21 races, finishing in the top 10 on 3 occasions.
