May 30, 2015 – Roger Feghali and Joseph Matar have closed in on victory at the 50th Antibes Côte D’Azur Rally as the pair managed to extend their lead on Sunday morning.
Despite finishing second fastest on all three special stages of Sunday’s first loop, Feghali’s gap to his rivals grew from 1 minute 29 seconds to 1 minute 42 seconds, and the 11-time Lebanese Rally Champion looks set for victory at the French event.
There are only three more special stages to go until the end of the rally, which serves as the third round of the 2015 French Rally Championship.
