Special interview with Formula 1 driver Mark Webber at the WEC Bahrain 2014

With nine Grand Prix victories to his name, 42 podium finishes and a straight-talking personality, Mark Webber is perhaps one of the most unique drivers to ever take part in the Formula 1 World Championship. However, despite retiring from Formula 1 racing, his career in motorsport is still very much alive thanks to Porsche and the World Endurance Championship.

The legendary Australian driver joined the German team in its first year back in the prototype class at Le Mans after a 16-year absence. Porsche has the richest endurance record courtesy of its sixteen 24 Hours of Le Mans victories, and it aims to further boost that record with the help of Mark Webber and his team mates.

Fortunately, and thanks to a collaboration with Red Bull Bahrain, Saudi Sports Group and Sportscode, we managed to take Mark Webber aside for an interview during the penultimate round of the 2014 World Endurance Championship in Bahrain to discuss all things motorsport.

Check out our interview in the video below, along with a few great shows from the Bahrain International Circuit.
