Spy shots of Mercedes’ high-performance version of the A-Class have surfaced on the internet; the car is expected to be called the A45 AMG, or A25 AMG.
According to reports, the hothatch will be packing a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine with between 320 to 350 horsepower, which puts it on par with Audi’s RS3 and BMW’s M135i.
No words on the transmission, but it’ll be connected to all four wheels, while other upgrades will include a revised chassis with bespoke suspension, steering and braking systems.
