March 28, 2015 – Roger Feghali’s dominance resumed in the second loop of the 31st Spring Rally; the Evo X driver won the third special stage and extended his overall rally lead as a result. Joseph Hindy moved to second place overall, while Tamer Ghandour dropped to fourth overall behind Rodrigue Rahi.
