May 30, 2016 – Subaru has followed in Toyota‘s footsteps by revealing an updated BRZ for 2017, with more aggressive styling and improved performance.
The first thing you’ll notice are the exterior changes that include a redesigned front bumper, upgraded LED headlights, LED fog lights, a fixed rear spoiler, full-LED taillights plus the new 10-spoke 17″ alloy wheels.
In terms of performance, the BRZ’s 2.0-liter four-cylinder gets a 5-horsepower power bump and now generates 205 horsepower. The new car features an updated suspension and an updated stability control system, both of which allow for better handling.
The 2017 BRZ also now has an optional Performance Package, which refines the model’s handling even more.
