T. Gargour & Fils wins “Best After-Sales Customer Satisfaction Award”

It was a pleasure for T. Gargour & Fils to host the regional MBCME After-Sales conference in Lebanon, celebrating the success of Mercedes-Benz After-Sales under the slogan: One vision. One mission. One team.

The choice of the venue in Lebanon was a result of T. Gargour & Fils performance within the Mercedes-Benz network and their passion for pushing the company in being the benchmark and leader in every project they do.

The conference aimed at reviewing the business update, sharing best practices and focusing on 2018 strategies in addition to holding different workshops related to the After-Sales business. It was attended by the President & CEO of MBCME, Mr. Mark De Haes along with representatives from Daimler AG and MBCME and managers from the General Distributors.

On this occasion, T. Gargour & Fils won two very-well deserved awards for “Best After-Sales Customer Satisfaction” and “Best Acceptance Rate Parts Inspection” in the region.
