Toro Rosso unveils the new STR10 in Jerez

January 31, 2015 – Scuderia Toro Rosso has taken the covers off its 2015 Formula 1 car, the Renault-powered STR10, at the Jerez Circuit in Spain this afternoon, just a day before the first official winter test kicks off.

With Daniil Kvyat departing to Red Bull and Jean-Eric Vergne confirming he’s out of the team, the Italian squad has an all-rookie line-up for 2015, consisting of Spaniard Carlos Sainz and Dutchman Max Verstappen.

Some of the most striking features on the STR10 are the large airbox atop the driver’s head, in addition to the new nose design. The car will run for the first time during tomorrow’s test.

The Red Bull junior team collected 30 points and finished seventh in the world constructors’ championship in their first season with Renault engines last year.
