Looks like some people in the USA are now using Toyota’s sudden unintended acceleration case as an excuse for their poor driving skills.
This Toyota Highlander female driver posted a video of herself on YouTube, crashing into a house not once, but twice; she even blamed the incident on the Japanese manufacturer through the video description.
We don’t believe this is another example of Toyota’s unintended acceleration because: 1. she did not even try to apply the brakes and 2. if this was indeed an unintended acceleration, she could’ve just put the car in neutral instead of putting it in “reverse”, then switching it back to “drive” again.
