September 3, 2015 – Hicham Al Abiad, Joe Khalil, Nadim Halabi and Edith Weiss will reportedly not be taking the start of the 38th Rally of Lebanon, which is taking place at the ATCL headquarters in Kaslik tonight.
Hicham Al Abiad (pictured above) and Nadim Halabi were expected to compete in the RC4 class in a Honda Civic Type R and Renault Clio RS respectively, while Joe Khalil (pictured below) and Edith Weiss were supposed to make an appearance in a pair of Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX in the Group N category.
