April 5, 2016 – American professional drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr. takes his 2016 Ford Mustang RTR on its maiden run, with over 900hp of tire-lifting power and 9000 screaming RPMs ready for the 2016 drifting season.
In case you were wondering, power in the Mustang RTR comes from a turbocharged V8 engine that is mated to a dog box transmission, while weight’s been reduced to 1270 kilograms, which is 400 kilograms lighter than the road-going Mustang GT.
