Video: 2016 Rally Monte Carlo crashes

January 26, 2016 – The opening round of the 2016 World Rally Championship, Monte Carlo Rally, had its fair share of crashes, with several drivers going off due to the tricky icy conditions. Some crews were able to continue, while others threw in the towel.

1. The first victim of those conditions was Robert Kubica who had a painfully slow accident, of which he couldn’t recover.

2. Robert Kubica’s incident was a blessing in disguise for Elfyn Evans, who would’ve probably ended up off the road had it not been for Kubica’s crashed Fiesta.

3. The third special stage caught out several drivers, including M-Sport Ford’s newcomer Eric Camilli.
