May 26, 2015 – The 4th Jezzine Rally – second round of the 2015 Lebanese Rally Championship – was dominated by Roger Feghali, who won nine out of nine special stages in his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X R4 to finish more than 3 minutes clear of his rivals.
Behind the 11-time Lebanese Rally Champion, however, a great battle for the Group N class glory between Mitsubishi Evo X drivers Eddy Abou Karam and Tamer Ghandour unfolded, with the latter eventually taking the win, while the former retired after a minor accident on the penultimate stage.
It was a similar story in the front-wheel drive class, as Henry Massaad and Robert Aaraj traded blows throughout the event, but it was the former – in a Renault Clio R3T – who came out on top in the end, while Aaraj settled for second place in the category.
The rally, which covered 237.4 kilometers in total distance, was also notable for its numerous retirements, with 15 out of 25 drivers managing to cross the finish line.
